Committees are one of the best ways for youth to get involved in the Order Of The Arrow. Committees are always looking for new members to assist, so please feel free to reach out to the email listed to get involved.
INDUCTIONS COMMITTEE
The Inductions Committee is focused around helping elected scouts complete their induction. This committee plans Ordeals and helps with Brotherhood conversions. The Inductions Committee also focuses on helping with Order Of The Arrow elections.

COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE
The Communications Committee works to produce advertising and updates for the lodge. Examples of the work of this committee include The Buck and the posters above advertising Ordeals and Fellowships.

SWAG COMMITTEE
The Scout Wear And Goods (or SWAG) Committee specializes in everything patches, shirts, and more for the lodge. The Swag Committee also assists in running the trading post at lodge events.
